Building India’s Finest Playschool

Dear Friends,

Preschool forms the foundation for a child’s life and society’s future. The economic benefits of well-educated kids, it turns out, go well beyond the altruistic. Timothy Bartik in this ted talk make a case for improved funding for preschools.

Sweet Home School is an activity based, non formal learning in Dharwad, Karnataka, India. 11 years ago, we started with only 8 students and has now become one of the finest playschool impacting 100+ students. Along the way to ensure inclusion we stuck to ultra low bottom fees while providing first class learning. We use innovative models and focus on simplistic immersive learning. We now wish to scale.

We have now bought a land from our loan/savings and write to you to help us raise monetary/non monetary resources for construction and other costs. The proposed expansion plan is here.
