The answer to this question can be thought in many different levels but I thinking from a company perspective. The following are the truths backed by research.
1. The notion that small and medium companies create jobs is incorrect.
2. Young companies create jobs
3. Young companies also destroy jobs but the net result is positive.
For e.g small ,old companies are not really job creators. These nuggets can guide to better job creation policies.
