As always i am completely immersed in trying to get non IT users use IT .Here are some lessons i jotted down today .

Its hard to sell things to an NGO .The attitude,thought process is not there as of now.
2.Its hard to make people understand the pricing of a knowledge service.
3.Its very difficult to get smart and talented techies to the non profit sector.So building a good team is a challenge that will always remain.
4.Its frustating when things don’t move .to really be in the midst of development means u have to be immersed which you rarely find people around you doing.As always its a lonely game…There has to be really a solid Internal locus of control .
